The Land is Owned by the society at Village Sohian Kalan H.B. No.280 vide Khasra No. 10//25/1, 22//3, 22//4, 22//5/1. The total Land Area is 18012.50 sq mt. The society obtained the Change of land Use Certificate from the Dept. of Town & Country Planning vide their Memo no. 2086 STP (A)/CLU-1 dated 09/09/2013.
The Building is complete in all respects and obtained the certificate of completion from Gram panchayat Vill Sohian kalan Block Majitha Distt. Amritsar on 24/12/2012. The total built-up area is 1750 sq. mt.The total no. of classrooms are three. The building is fire safety proof and disabled friendly. The common room for boys/ girls is available.
